Artist's innate vocation, learns the rudiments of drawing from the direct analysis of the native making his first notes from an early age. Although born in the Basque country moved at the age of eight years to Os Ancares, where he remained for four years before finally settling in the city of Lugo. The isolated and beautiful landscapes of the Lugo mountains cause a great impact on the precocious artist, to perform his first sketches of animals. Also a deep fascination will wake up inside by nature that will lead him in his youth to study forestry. Its ability to capture in great detail the human physiognomy earned him his first Commission, gender which proved a very personal evolution of great success. He has made numerous solo and collective exhibitions in various public institutions and private galleries. His work has been selected and awarded at numerous occasions, notably the V contest of painters Basques, French competition where he won first prize and the contest XXIII of Galician art "Jose Dominguez Guizán", as well as their participation in projects of gender at regional and national level, being selected in Galicia and León to take part in the National Festival "Women's perspectives" and itinerando his work in Galicia León and Murcia in the project "Who gives the turn the tide?"
The female figure is one of the constants in the work of this young author. The woman starred in many of his paintings and is revealed as the object of their fears and passions. Also the taste for oriental has become a feature of much of his career, largely inspired by another of his passions: the practice of karate. He combines his creative work with teaching, teaching painting in his Studio Lugo. The fledgling career of Noa Persán remains in constant evolution, spurred by an enormous curiosity and many concerns, that predict you a promising future within and outside of the Galician cultural landscape.
